I truly enjoyed my stay at Santa Clara Porto. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, even assisting me with local information. My room was very clean with a lovely balcony view, and I appreciated the excellent location near the metro.

Juliet balcony, hot water access, spacious room

The heating in the room was inadequate. a portable heater was essential!!! Cleanliness could use improvement given the worn-out condition of furnishings. The narrow staircase accessing the room felt unsafe and cumbersome for carrying luggage!!!

A balcony offers lovely views, and the room was consistently clean with daily towel changes. the bed was extremely firm, which might not suit everyone, and the breakfast variety felt limited.
